MECHANICAL WORKS
- Dismantling of existing 04 nos Marine Loading Arms (MLAs) – MTBE/Methanol, Butane/Propane. Erection, testing & commissioning of 02 nos new KANON MLAs. Berth Piping, Tie in connections, Hydraulic Power Units, Hydraulic SS Tubing Network.
- Dismantling and handing over redundant systems to DUGAS upon project completion.
- Transportation of redundant MLAs from Berth 01 to DUGAS Premise.
- Transportation of new MLAs from DUGAS to Berth 01.
ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
- Electrical/control equipment installations; Hydraulic Power Packs (HPU) Jetty Operator Control Cabinet (JOCC), Solenoid Valve Block Panel. Power/control cabling from Control Room to Berth Equipment.
- Design, supply, and installation of copper-free aluminum conduits for cable routing. Integration & interfacing of new MLAs with the existing control system. Instrumentation tubing.
APPROVALS OBTAINED
TRAKHEES (EHS & CED), Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), JAFZA, Tanker Berth Permits, DP world
CIVIL
Site survey, New MLA foundation design, Demolition of old foundations, and construction of new foundations for MLAs.
SHUTDOWN
Sequential shutdown of MLAs for uninterrupted operation of berths.
